How many prints are included with my rental?
How long does it take to set up the photo booth?
Answer: Setup and tear down is completed in 15 minutes. Our photo booth technician will arrive for setup at least one hour before your event.
Can I print photo strips in black and white?
Answer: Every user will be prompted to choose black and white or color prints before each photo session.
Do we have to supply our own props?
Answer: No. All props are included at no additional cost. We have great ones so be prepared for some fun!
Can we include a logo or personal message on the photo strip?
Answer: Yes. We can include your company logo or event information on the bottom each of the photo strip to provide a great memento for guests.
How can we view the photos after the event?
Answer: We can provide a scrapbook for guests to paste their photo strips with a personal message. Photos will also be available to view online within 5-10 business days of your event. Please reference our event package options for more details.
Will there be an attendant present during the event?
Answer: Yes. An on-site photo booth technician is provided to ensure a great photo booth experience for all.
What if my event requires something different than your standard rental packages?
Answer: We can tailor a rental package to fit the needs of your event. Email or chat instantly with us to receive a custom quote.
What are your payment requirements?
Answer: A $200 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve the date. The balance is due 30 days prior to the event and can be paid via check, credit card or PayPal.
